I spent my career building and leading cybersecurity programs at Fortune 500 companies and large non-profits. I’ve been an organization’s 1st CISO and the 5th. I’ve navigated M&A due diligence, joint ventures, integrations, and divestitures. And, I know the difference between a strategy that sounds good and a program that teams can actually run.
My work has always been about reading the environment clearly: understanding what the business needs, what the technology enables, and where the threats are moving, then translating that context into risk decisions the business can act on. Every role, company, operating model, industry, incident, audit, challenge and success has given me perspective and experiences that I bring to bear in my execution approach.
